1) Is there any other way to order your products besides ordering online?
2) Can I pay with something other than a Credit Cart?
You may order our CD’s on our mail order system. Just send your full name, address, phone number, and the product you wish to order along with your credit card information, money order, or a personal check (payable to E4) made out for the shipping cost, $ US and $ International, cost of products (if applicable) along with any donation you’d like to give.

3) Do I need the original FREE CD to run the other CD’s?
No, each CD includes the QuickVerse software.
4) Does the QuickVerse software run on Windows VISTA?
To run this CD on Windows Vista, simply order E4s Free Boston 1-6 CD that includes the
New Software Upgrade to QuickVerse 2008 that will allow you to Import all this
CD, and Import all previous E4 QV 2006 CDs, making them work in Vista! (

Yes, our software runs on Windows 3.0, 95, 98, 2000, Me and XP.
5) Does the QuickVerse software run on a Mac?
No, we are sorry the software presently only runs on the Window operating system.
6) How long does it take to receive your Libraries on CD?
Once we receive and process your order, the products are shipped. The process of processing, packaging and mailing your order may take 3 to 5 weeks.
7) Can I check the status of my order?
You most definately can. If you would like to see if your CD has been shipped, go to our "Order Tracking" page. Click here to go to that page (note: if you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to).
8) It has been 5 weeks, and I have not received my order, what should I do?
Things have been known to disappear in the mail, if this happens let us know by filling the form on our "Order Problem" page. Click here to go to that page (note: if you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to).
9) I submitted a problem on the "Order Problem" page. Can I see what the status of this problem is?
If you have submitted a problem with an order (online) then you can view the status of this problem on the "Order Tracking" page. It will appear under the list of libraries that you have ordered. The "Problem Tracking" part of the page is only visible if you have submitted a problem.
10) I ordered a Pre-Release or Pre-Publication, when will it be shipped?
The CDs for Pre-Release or Pre-Publication offers are shipped as soon as the product is finished and ready for shipping. We offer these products early (at a reduced donation amount) to help us pay for the production of the CDs.
11) Can I get a different translations of the Bible, like an NIV?
We offer a variety of bibles on our different CDs, including the King James Version, New Living Translation and the New King James Version. If you would like to purchase other translations (like the NIV) of the Bible you can do so by ordering them through QuickVerse(www.QuickVerse.com).
12) Does this software work on a PDA? (eg. Palm, Windows CE, etc.)
At the present time, our products do not work on PDAs.
13) How much is shipping?
Shipping is $ in the United States, and $ internationally for the first item and $2.75 for each additional CD. If you order through our phone service, it is slightly more.
14) Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.
15) What currency are the dollar amounts in?
The dollar amounts are in US Dollars.
16) Is there any way to contact your Customer Service department?
If you have any questions or concerns you may reach customer service on our automated phone line. The number is 1-800-942-3766. This line is checked daily and you will be called back if requested so. You may also reach us by email at customerservice@e4.net

www.FreeBibleSoftware.com and Ephesians Four Group (a.k.a. E4 Group) collects personal information when you register for an E4 service or otherwise voluntarily provide such information. We may combine personal information collected from you with information from other E4 services or third parties to provide a better user experience, including customizing content for you.
E4 uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and to learn about how you use E4 services in order to improve the quality of our services.
E4 servers automatically record information when you visit our website or use some of our products, including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request.
Uses
We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including services that display customized content and advertising.
We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve E4's technologies and services.

E4 processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America and in other countries. In some cases, we process personal information on a server outside your own country.
19) Refund Policy
Since our software is distributed in non-sealed packaging, E4 cannot offer any refund on software. The reason being, is that users could simply install the software and then ask for a refund since there is no seal on the package to begin with.
Items that arrive damaged or defective may be exchanged for the identical item within 10 days of arrival.
